Hey Friends,

I don’t want to try to “sell” you on coming to our next event.

Instead, I will simply tell you what it’s about, who it’s for… and who it’s NOT for.

Here’s what it’s all about

In the middle of last year, we decided it was time to take our brokerage to the next level, and start REALLY working with our agents on increasing their production and growing their practices.  We want to begin taking market share from some of the more traditional brokerages, with their outdated business models and agent training systems. So, we put together a system of coaching and training, layered on top of our market leading technology that worked better than we thought it would.

In fact, all of our agents have run through the training now and are well on their way to an increase in productivity and overall number of closed transactions. Plus, most of them claim to be as happy with their practices as they’ve EVER been.  But, don’t just take my word for it. If you know one of our agents, or run into one of them in the trenches, just ask them.

So, over the last few months we’ve been tweaking our programs and agent offerings based off the feedback of our current agents. It seems we’ve gotten everything pretty well dialed in.  In fact, so well that we know our agents will never be able to go back to the “old way” of doing things that they were used to at their previous brokerages.

Anyway, our model will either work for you, or it won’t… and the only way we can find out is for you to learn about it first hand.

We’re willing to walk you through it – no strings attached – as long as you realize it’s NOT for everybody.

We know as agents you get pitched all kinds of “one size fits all” marketing schemes and products on a nearly hourly basis these days.

This isn’t one of them. What we offer is pretty specialized stuff and it doesn’t work for everyone’s business.

What we offer IS for:

  • Agents who have demonstrated that they know how to sell Real Estate
  • Agents who value helping others and collaborating with their peers
  • Agents who know their business can grow, and who are willing to work to make that happen
  • Agents who are willing to actually talk to other human beings (as opposed to only sending emails or something)

What we offer IS NOT for:

  • Agents who haven’t demonstrated that they can close at least 10 transactions per year (give or take)
  • Agents who aren’t willing to WORK to get business
  • Agents who think there’s a “silver bullet” to getting new business
  • Agents who can’t participate in a collaborative environment

Now for some more brutal honesty: You actually have to work. Pretty hard.

The “discovery” we’ve made has nothing to do with sitting on the couch while money falls from the ceiling. So, if you’re hoping for that type of “miracle”, then you might want to pass on this.
